How to sync new Shopify products with Logentic

New products created in Shopify are not automatically synchronized with Logentic. To sync newly added Shopify products, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in your Logentic dashboard

  2. Locate and click the "Sync Shopify Products" button

  3. Wait for the sync process to complete (this can take up to 10 minutes)

Note: This synchronization is required whenever you add new products to your Shopify store that need to be managed in Logentic.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see your products in Logentic after waiting 10 minutes:

  • Verify that the products are correctly set up in Shopify

  • Try running the sync process again

  • If issues persist, contact Logentic support
