How to preview and customize the order tracking email template

Our system automatically sends order tracking emails to customers when orders are processed and shipped. These emails use your customized branding settings from the Design System.

Customizing the email template

To customize the appearance of tracking emails and other customer-facing communications:

  1. Log into your Merchant Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings → Design System

  3. Customize your branding elements including:

    • Logo

    • Colors

    • Other brand elements

Previewing the tracking page

While in the Design System:

  1. Scroll down in the left navigation bar

  2. Look for the tracking page preview section

  3. This preview shows how your branding will appear on the tracking page

Note: The Design System settings affect all customer-facing elements, including:

  • Order tracking emails

  • Tracking pages

  • Returns portal

  • Other shopper-visible pages

Testing your customizations

To see the actual email template with your current branding applied, you'll need to either:

  • Process a test order to receive the tracking email

  • Wait for the next customer order to be processed
