How to customize order notification email templates

Order notification emails (such as order confirmation and shipping notifications) can be customized through the Merchant Dashboard to match your brand identity.

Customizing email templates

To customize your order notification email templates:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings → Design system

  3. In the design system, you can customize:

    • Company logo

    • Brand colors

    • Email template design

Changes made to the design system will be reflected across all automated email notifications sent to your customers.
