Why am I seeing the scanner view on mobile?
Mobile defaults to scanner/counter mode because counters need the fastest possible workflow on the warehouse floor. Desktop defaults to supervisor views.
Why did my layout not autosave?
Autosave starts after the project has been saved once. If a layout has never been manually saved, the app may show a message asking you to save once before autosave begins.
Can multiple counters work at the same time?
Yes. Multiple users can scan into the same project. Supervisors should monitor progress and review duplicate or conflicting entries before export.
Why are some UPCs unknown?
The UPC may not exist in the uploaded product list, may have leading zeros removed by a spreadsheet, or may be a vendor barcode not mapped to the SKU yet. Unknown UPCs should be exported as exceptions.
Why are there duplicate location labels?
Duplicates usually mean the nomenclature pattern does not include enough unique tokens. Add bay, level, face, or slot tokens until every physical pickable location generates a unique code.
Can I import a project into another account?
Yes. Use the warehouse project export/import flow to move a saved layout and related settings into another account.
What should I do before printing hundreds of labels?
Print a small test batch, confirm size and centering, scan a few labels with the real scanner, then print the full batch.
