Before you start

  • Confirm you have access to Communication Automations.
  • Know which operational event should trigger the message.
  • Know the email recipients, phone recipients, English copy, and French copy before activating the automation.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Open Communication Automations.
  3. Review the existing automation list, including Name, Event, Status, and Edit.
  4. Select Edit to update an existing automation, or select Create Automation to create a new one.
  5. Enter or review the Communication Automation Name.
  6. Choose the Selected event.
  7. Add recipients in Select emails to send to or Select phone numbers to send to.
  8. Fill the English Message fields.
  9. Fill the French Message fields.
  10. Keep Active checked only if the automation is ready to send.
  11. Review the event, recipients, message content, and active status before saving.
