How do I void a shipping label?

Contact Support

If you cannot void the label through the portal:

  1. Contact the Logentic support team

  2. Provide the tracking number or order ID of the label that needs to be voided

  3. Support will process the void request and confirm once completed

Note: Currently, there is no automated way to void labels via the Dashboard or API. The support team is aware of this feature request.
