Before you start

  • Confirm the warehouse where the totes should be created.
  • Decide which label size your team is using.
  • Know the tote naming pattern and starting number you want to use.

Steps

  1. Go to Handling in the left navigation.
  2. Open Totes.
  3. Select the warehouse.
  4. Use Search Totes (Code, Handling Order ID, Order ID, Activity Owner) if you are looking for an existing tote.
  5. Choose the label print size:
    • 59 mm x 102 mm
    • 19 mm x 51 mm
  6. To print an existing tote, find the tote and select PRINT.
  7. To create new totes, select CREATE TOTES.
  8. In Create Totes, enter:
    • Enter Quantity
    • Base Name
    • Start Numbering from
  9. Select Generate.
  10. Review the generated rows:
    • Tote name
    • Tote code
    • Warehouse
  11. Delete any generated row you do not want to create.
  12. Select Create Totes.
  13. Confirm the new totes appear in Tote Manager with QR codes.
  14. Select PRINT for the tote labels you need.
