Before you start

Steps

1. Go to Purchase Orders.
2. Open Purchase Inventory.
3. Use the sort menu when you want to change the order of the list.
4. Choose the sort option that matches the job, such as:
   • Sort by created date
   • Sort by identifier
   • Sort by recently updated
   • Sort by shipped
   • Sort by supply
   • Remaining days
   • Suggested Quantity
5. Select Filters.
6. Select Add filter.
7. Choose the field you want to filter by, such as:
   • Product identifier

   • Volume
   • Weight
   • Ecommerce Identifier
   • Item Identifier Code
   • Tag

12. Review the filtered rows before selecting products for a purchase order.
13. Select Export CSV when you need the visible filtered list outside Logentic.
