Before you start

Steps

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Open Shipping Settings.
  3. Select the warehouse in Select a warehouse.
  4. Review Integrate shipping service.
  5. Review the selected shipping integration.
  6. Confirm whether options such as Use Logentic Integration, Main integration for Deliveries, Is phone number required, Push Logentic link to Ecommerce, or Generate Packing slip should be enabled for your workflow.
  7. Select Sync Shipping Service only when you are ready to sync the configured service.
  8. Open Select Shipping Carriers.
  9. Review the carrier service cards.
  10. Select or clear carrier services according to your team's approved setup.
  11. Contact us before saving or syncing if you are unsure which integration, account, or carrier services should be used.
