How do I customize Order Dashboard columns?

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Quick answer

Use this article to adjust the visible columns in Order Dashboard so your team can scan the order table more easily.

Common use cases

  • Operations manager: Show the columns needed to monitor status, source, dates, and fulfillment context.
  • Warehouse lead: Keep SKU count, unit count, priority, and order type visible while triaging work.
  • Fulfillment coordinator: Reduce noise in the order table before searching or exporting.

When to use this

  • You need to change which columns are visible in Order Dashboard.
  • You need to make the order table easier to scan.
  • You need to cancel a column-layout change before saving.

When not to use this

  • You need to change the data inside an order.
  • You need to create or edit a saved order filter.
  • You need a custom export format that is not shown in the dashboard.
