Quick answer

Use this article to find an order in Order Dashboard using search, tabs, filters, sort options, and export.

Common use cases

  • Fulfillment coordinator: Find a customer order before checking status, priority, unit count, or order type.
  • Warehouse lead: Filter orders by status or order type before deciding what needs attention.
  • Operations manager: Export the visible order list after applying the right search, date range, tab, and filters.

When to use this

  • You need to find an order in Order Dashboard.
  • You need to narrow the order list by date, status, order type, product, recipient, or identifier.
  • You need to export the currently visible order list.

When not to use this

  • The order does not appear in Logentic after you have cleared filters and checked the source system.
  • You need to create a manual, wholesale, receiving, or transfer order.
  • You need to change shipment details, labels, or carrier settings.
