How do I find and review purchase orders?

Before you start

  • Know the purchase order identifier, supplier, warehouse, product, or SKU you want to find.
  • Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
  • Clear old filters if the PO you expect is not visible.

Steps

  1. Go to Purchase Orders in the left navigation.
  2. Open Purchase Orders from the submenu.
  3. Review the summary counts for the visible list, such as total purchase orders, Pending, Completed, and Confirmed by Supplier.
  4. Use the sort menu when you need to sort by created date or status.
  5. Use Quick search purchase orders when you know the PO identifier or a strong search term.
  6. Select Filters when you need to narrow the list by date or another field.
  7. In the date filters, choose a preset such as All time, Current week, Current month, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, or Last 6 months.
  8. Use Date range when you need a specific period.
  9. Use Add filter to add fields such as:
    • Purchase order identifier
    • Warehouse
    • Product name
    • Supplier Id
    • Product Id
    • Product Sku
  10. Enter the value for the filter, then select Search.
  11. Review the purchase order row:
    • Identifier
    • Warehouse
    • Supplier
    • Lead time
    • Quantity
    • Cost
    • Status
    • Created Date
  12. Select Details to open the purchase order information and supplier details.
  13. From the dashboard row, select Receiving Details when available if you need the receiving view for that PO.
  14. Select Export CSV when you need the visible purchase order list outside Logentic.

Steps 6-8: Use Filters to open date presets and choose a preset period or custom date range.

Step 9: Use Add filter to filter by purchase order identifier, warehouse, product, supplier, product ID, or SKU.

Step 10: Enter a value for the selected filter, then select Search.
