Before you start

  • Confirm your account has access to Return Automations.
  • Know the return condition you want to match.
  • Know the action you want Logentic to apply.
  • Confirm with your team whether the automation should be active.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Open Return Automations.
  3. Review existing automations, including Conditions, Actions, Status, and Edit.
  4. Select Create Automation.
  5. Enter the Return Order Automation Name.
  6. Keep Active checked only if the automation is ready for live use.
  7. In Condition 1, choose the Selected Condition.
  8. Choose the Matching type.
  9. Enter Match with text when the selected condition requires text.
  10. In Action 1, choose the Selected Action.
  11. Use Add new condition or Add new action when the rule needs another condition or action.
  12. Select Submit Return Order Automation.
