Before you start

  • Confirm you are in the correct warehouse or workspace.
  • Know the order, return, customer, or item information you want to search for.
  • Make sure your role has access to Returns.

Steps

  1. Go to Returns in the left navigation.
  2. Open Manage Returns.
  3. Use Sort by created date to change the return order.
  4. Open Filters when you need to narrow the list.
  5. Review the return table columns:
    • Identifier
    • Store order ID
    • Customer
    • Return Reasons
    • Status
    • Approval
    • Requested date
    • Received on
    • Process by
  6. Select the eye icon on the return row to open the return details.
  7. Select Export data if you need a CSV export of the visible return data.

You cannot find the return.Check the filters, date range, warehouse, and search value. Contact us if the return should exist but does not appear anywhere in Manage Returns.
The return status does not match the physical package.Open the return details and compare the visible status with what happened in the warehouse. Contact us if the physical return was received but Logentic still shows the wrong state.
Export data is missing or blank.Clear filters and try again. Contact us if the export stays blank while the table shows returns.
