How do I filter and save a Fulfill Orders view?

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Quick answer

Use this article to filter Fulfill Orders and save the filtered result as a reusable tab.

Common use cases

  • Warehouse lead: Save a queue for a recurring pick/pack workflow, tag, or exception type.
  • Fulfillment coordinator: Find orders by date, tag, status, or workflow tab before assigning work.
  • Operations manager: Export the visible fulfillment queue after applying the right filters.

When to use this

  • You need to narrow Fulfill Orders before picking, packing, route work, or exception review.
  • You use the same filters repeatedly and want a saved tab.
  • You need to export the visible filtered list.

When not to use this

  • The order is missing after filters are cleared.
  • You need to change an order, create a shipment, or print a label.
  • You need a formal definition of every fulfillment status.
