Before you start
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace and warehouse.
- Know the field you want to filter by, such as date, tag, or status.
- Clear old filters if the list looks unexpectedly narrow.
Steps
- Go to Handling in the left navigation.
- Open Fulfill Orders.
- Select the warehouse you want to review.
- Use Quick search orders if you already know the order identifier or a strong search term.
- Select Filters.
- Choose the date scope you need:
- All time
- Current week
- Current month
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Date range
- Last 6 months
- Select Add filter.
- Choose the filter field, such as Tag or Status.
- Select the filter value.
- Select Search.
- Review the visible order count and rows.
- Select Save filters.
- Enter a name for the saved view.
- Select Confirm.
- Use the new saved tab to return to the same filtered view later.
- Use Save [view name] filters if you change the saved view and want to keep the change.
- Use Delete [view name] filters if the saved view should no longer be available.
- Select Export CSV when you need the visible filtered list outside Logentic.
