How to Sync New Shopify Products with Logentic

New products created in Shopify do not automatically sync to Logentic. Follow these steps to manually sync your Shopify products:

Steps to Sync Products

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in your Logentic dashboard

  2. Click on "Sync Ecommerce Platforms"

  3. Select the Shopify sync option

The sync process can take up to 10 minutes to complete. Please wait for the process to finish before checking for your new products.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see your products after syncing:

  • Verify that the products are correctly set up in your Shopify store

  • Wait at least 10 minutes for the sync to complete

  • If problems persist, contact Logentic support
