Before you start

  • Confirm you have the returned item in hand.
  • Open the correct return record.
  • Have the item barcode or code available, or be ready to use Manual if your process allows it.

Steps

  1. Open the return from Manage Returns.
  2. Select Process Return.
  3. Select Start Activity.
  4. Review the returned product and inspection protocol.
  5. Select PRINT LABEL if you need a physical label for the returned item.
  6. Choose the inspection result:
    • PASSED when the item passes inspection.
    • FAILED when the item does not pass inspection.
  7. In Search Container of Returning Item by ID or code, select or confirm the returning item container.
  8. In Scan Item, scan the item code.
  9. If scanning is not available and your process allows manual entry, use Manual and enter the item code.
  10. Review the progress and success state before leaving the page.
