Why am I seeing incorrect product details when searching by SKU?

When searching for a product using its SKU number in the Merchant Dashboard's Inventory section, clicking on the "Details" button may occasionally display information for the wrong product.

If you encounter a situation where clicking the "Details" button shows information for the wrong product:

  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page

  2. Try accessing the product through the main inventory list instead of the quick search

  3. If the issue persists, note down:

    • The SKU you searched for

    • The incorrect product details that appeared

    • The account you were logged in with

  4. Contact support with these details so we can investigate the underlying cause
