How do I manage Order Automation Rules?

Context

As a merchant or authorized WMS Admin User, you may need to create, activate, deactivate, or edit automation rules for order processing. These rules can include carrier selections and other automated order handling settings.

Answer

You can manage all Order Automation Rules directly through the Merchant Platform. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Platform account

  2. Navigate to the Orders section

  3. Select "Order Automations" from the menu

  4. From here, you can:

    • Create new automation rules

    • Enable or disable existing rules

    • Edit carrier selections and settings

    • Remove carriers from automation rules
