Routes Not Loading

If routes are stuck loading (spinning indefinitely) in the dashboard, try these troubleshooting steps in order:

  1. Clear your browser cache

  2. Restart your device

  3. If issues persist, contact support with specific Route IDs experiencing the problem

Slow Scanning Performance

If you experience delays between scanning items and seeing the next pick location:

  1. Check your internet connection stability

  2. Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements

  3. If the issue persists across multiple devices, contact support with the specific Route ID experiencing slowdown
