Do customers receive shipping notifications for external orders?

When an order is shipped externally and completed in Logentic, customers automatically receive an email notification informing them that their order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

If you add a tracking number in the tracking field during the packing process, before completing the order, customers will receive:

  • The shipping notification email

  • A link to track their order on the tracking page

Make sure to enter the tracking number before marking the order as complete to ensure customers receive the tracking link.
