If you encounter an error when trying to upload orders via CSV file, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Common Issues

CSV upload errors typically occur due to one of these reasons:

  • Missing required columns in the CSV file

  • Incorrect data format in required fields

  • System connectivity issues

  1. Create manual orders through the dashboard

  2. Contact support for assistance
