Troubleshooting Exchange Order Processing Issues

When processing exchange orders, you may occasionally encounter issues like:

  • Infinite loading screen when creating an exchange

  • Error message stating "Oops something went wrong..."

  • Exchange order creation not completing

How to Resolve

If you encounter issues processing an exchange order:

  1. Wait a few minutes and try processing the exchange again - sometimes temporary system delays can cause processing issues

  2. If the issue persists, check if a return was created but not the exchange order

  3. For continued problems, contact support with:

    • The original order ID

    • Any error messages you're seeing

    • Screenshots of the issue if possible

Prevention

To ensure smooth exchange processing:

  • Process exchanges one at a time
