When processing exchange orders, you may occasionally encounter issues like:
Infinite loading screen when creating an exchange

How to Resolve
If you encounter issues processing an exchange order:
Wait a few minutes and try processing the exchange again - sometimes temporary system delays can cause processing issues
If the issue persists, check if a return was created but not the exchange order
For continued problems, contact support with:
The original order ID
Any error messages you're seeing
