Merchants often need to generate return shipping labels for customer orders. Currently, this requires contacting Logentic support to create the label, though this process will be automated in the near future.

To get a return shipping label for an order:
Contact Logentic support via email at support@getlogentic.com
Provide your order number in the request
A support agent will generate and send you the return label
Note: Logentic will soon be releasing a feature that allows merchants to generate return labels directly through the platform without needing to contact support.
