Before you start
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
- Know the warehouse, carrier, province, order ID, shipment provider, or recipient you want to review.
- Clear old filters if the list looks narrower than expected.
Steps
- Go to Orders in the left navigation.
- Open Shipments.
- Use Sort by created date if you need to change the shipment order.
- Select Filters.
- Choose the warehouse you want to review.
- Choose the carrier, if you only want one carrier.
- Choose the country or province/state view you need.
- Use Compare when you need to compare delivery performance.
- Use Group by carrier when you want carrier-level grouping.
- Review the map and delivery cards:
- On-time delivery
- Delivery exceptions (%)
- Avg. delivery time (days)
- Use Quick search by when you know the order ID, province/state, country, carrier, shipment provider, or recipient.
- Review the shipment table columns, including identifier, address, provider, tracking, ship time, delivery time, and tracking status.
- Select Export CSV when you need the visible shipment list outside Logentic.
